★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience was good. But recently I gave my altroz for 3rd service. I was very disappointed
Dash board mat was missing and there was a very annoying noise from engine. Again after 2 days I took my car for repair, it was then repaired properly
But mat was lost. I had to spend so much and travel 2 times to service centre
I didn't expect this at all... Very very disappointong with staffs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got serviced my tata nexon here and i really had a very good experience with the service manager Mr. Srinivas Reddy. He has seen the requirements to be met to my car like infotainment system update, tail gate sensor and rear camera update and so on. Even the service engineer came to my location for free pick up and free delivery and he also behaved very well with me. Totally I felt a pleasant experience with classic motors for my car servicing. Thanku classic motors and thanku TATA.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for servicing the car on behalf of My Friends. It seems they do not provide service for pickup and drop for servicing. Tata Motors should look into this so they can provide better customer experience. Every time we do not have time to give on servicing and picked up for service is done. So this is important to address the customer concern regarding the facilities for pickup and drop service.

It was a pleasure doing business and getting to know him! The service was great. Was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True 2 their word was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. There’s nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry. I will definitely bring my car here next time it needs repair.
