★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope there is an option for not even giving a single star to them. They are rude in conversation and not at all friendly. Argumentative & when I took the services from them 3 times at their shop and 1 time at their house (due to covid), they preferred the customers more who are friends rather new. The way they treat the customer is work harsh in terms of services as like they are doing some sort of racism in distinguishing the god and bad customer by face!
Regarding my hair extension service, they did really a poor quality of service while washing. Most of hair is loss from the patch due to rigorous and rough service of cleaning the glue. Is it because of the patch I may be using higher in quality than the both the salon brother is using. As it incurred price of 10,000+ And they might want to end of the patch not earlier so that I should revisit them offer to support their business.
Such kind of patch lasts more than a year and within 6 months, I see a gap in the patch.
Pathetic are they! It’s just they are nearby and I don’t have ETA to visit the old service centre located in Saket nagar fire to my office and business, which is why we I had been to this centre.
