★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month, I went abroad so I bought Clay Telecom's International SIM card. When my flight landed at airport, I experienced network connectivity problems in my mobile phone.Since I wanted to make an urgent call, I tried rebooting my mobile phone, but even after that the problem continued.
Frustrated, I called customer care team of Clay Telecom. They asked me that there was a compatibility issue with my mobile phone. I quickly replaced this mobile phone with another handset that I was carrying along with me. After inserting the SIM card into that mobile phone my network connectivity problem was solved and I did not face any inconvenience during my whole trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience with clay, I took a postpaid data+ calling sim for going to US for 15 days and it worked excellent. Network coverage was just awesome, its just you need to follow the steps for calling as shared by them. I am glad that I could share my pictures on facebook and was connected to my family and friends through whatsapp. I am glad from the experience with clay, I would use the clay service only next time while going to abroad and also would recommend it to my friends to use it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Clay Telecom’s prepaid international sim card last month, when I had to visit Australia for my business. Initially the service of the company was very good but just after 2 days of my travel I started facing hassle in network connectivity leading to call drops and no browsing, messaging, surfing, mailing etc. Finally the network bar of my cell got lost but after complaining to customer care team of the company they asked me to switch off the cell phone for once and then to on. After following their instructions my cell phone received full network connectivity and started working seamlessly. Then I got to know that there was no issue with the network of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Clay Telecom’s International prepaid SIM card as I had to visit England for my project work. Initially, I did not face any problem in network connectivity but during one of my trip days I could not make a single call to anyone. Apart from that, neither I was able to browse nor could I check my e-mails. This made me really frustrated, as I was unable to do my work. When I called Clay Telecom’s customer support team they informed me that that there was no balance in my cell phone as I had used all balance in messaging and calls. If I wanted the services again, then I need to recharge my account in order to make my SIM active again.
Finally I recharged my SIM for further connectivity.

I was doing research online on the usa sim cards and zeroed on Clay Telecom. from there website purchased the SIM and before my travel i got the nano sim for my iphone. upon leading the sim started working. data speed was really good. and travel from west coast to east coast all over it worked fine. good experience for 20 days no dropping network or data speed issue faced.
