Also they shutdown at 730pm, as it is their wish and command.

No one is listeinlng neither idea cuatcust care, mail department nor idea store employee. Feeling like cheated from a reputed company like Idea. Now I will receive a call from idea he assure me that your issues will be resolved as soon as possible and after that he will lost no feedback no follow up. Wrorst, pathetic, horrible etc. experience with idea. Hello if someone honest employee is listening please do needful.
