The doctor clearly understands the problem and provides a detailed explanation of the root cause of the issue and provides us with multiple treatment options available at the clinic (of which we are left to choose the treatment option of our own choice). Each and every small detail is cleared by the doctor in a way that any layman can understand. Also the appointment process is seemless and our convenience is totally ensured by the staff at each and every stage. Free tea in the waiting area is a cherry topping above all. Good experience overall. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors take time to explain and answer any questions you may have regarding your treatment. Front desk is very helpful and will make sure that you don’t have to wait too long. They have one of the best and most professional facilities I have seen.
They helped me to continue my treatment even after I went overseas for studies. Overall I had a good experience and would definitely recommend it to others. If you want to avoid waiting too long, then off-peak hours are the best.

It has been few months and I am seeing a gread results as my hair fall reduced quicker than I expected. Great experience till now. The doctor has understands the problem very well and has provides a detailed explanation for cause of the issue and provided the treatment options accordingly. Root cause of the issue and treatment on that is explained very clearly that anyone can understand. Also the appointment process is very easy and convenient. Staff of the clinic is very friendly and guide us on every steps. They also take care of the patients requirements like tea, coffee and water. They have maintained the hygiene in the clinic as cleaning staff is always in working to keep the clinic clean. Good experience overall. ?

They clearly understands the problem and provides a detailed explanation of the root cause of the issue and gives precise treatment for any type of skin issues. Also the entire staff is very supportive and polite. I have recommended to my friends and relatives about this hospital. Reception staff is very supportive and politely helps for appointments.

Have been visiting this clinic for quite some time, had a great experience until now, Doctors are very professional and the staff is well trained. I am thankful to Dr. Shejal, she listens to my problem very patiently, explains me root cause of my issue, and recommends proper treatment. Good thing is, post your treatment you will receive a call from the clinic to check whether there is any discomfort. During pandemic, they were available on phone for video consultation, which helped me a lot since I was not in Pune. I am highly satisfied with the result.
Overall good experience.
Highly recommended this clinic.

All the doctors here take good care of you. They thoroughly explain each and every procedure before hand so that patient gets really comfortable throughout the procedure. In five months my bald look has gone and the results have been encouraging so far.. I am hopeful that there will be further positive results in the next six months.
