★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and don't have sense how to deal with customer. I filled up booking form to collect/pick up for 2 set of documents and given envelop number in booking form but I received only one envelope of document set. When I encountered this then they are simply denning it and blaming to shipper. DHL team is saying it is shipper's responsibility and DHL pick up guy is not checking at the time of pick up. They are just collecting what shipper has given to them even though everything was given in booking form. DHL team is claiming they never check such type of thing for pickup and this is strange. For this they charged me 5500 rupees. It is simply wastage of money. Please be careful.
