★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier called me from office saying they will deliver parcel only to society gate and will not come to door. I told them to call me when handed to security but he said his phone is discharged so cannot call . I was running around for 3 hours from my building to security gate but parcel did not arrive. I called courier office and they said parcel had been delivered and it is not their problem. Very unprofessional and lazy responses given.Finally i spoke to delivery guy.He said check neighbouring society. Found the parcel there. Very bad and stressful experience for me. Edit - on further enquiries i found out that they did not send a proper delivery person. Instead elderly father of owner delivered my package to wrong society as he got confused regarding my address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a stressful experience with tirupati courier pimple saudagar branch. After tracking you can find that the courier has reached the destination days back but there is no sign of receiving your courier on time or either a update from the courier service provider that why the courier has been delayed. You have to continuously keep a follow up also most of the time the number is not working. Pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have encounter bad courier service but Tirupati courier provides the worst of all.. If i have to give a comical comment its the King of Worst services. If i have to give 0 stars for the rating i'd give. I was to receive package for cold storage injection which would lose its coldness after 2 days.. today is the second day and they aren't even receiving my calls or ever did. They assured the sender that this package would be received by me in a day and it would have a high priority since its a cold storage pack.. the service is abysmal, i hereby ask people who read my review.. think before you invest in to their services. My each injection cost around 10k(adalimumab) and i am going through a heart throbbing experience. They are very unprofessional to not even pick the phone up.
