★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service I have seen. No responsibility is taken, they just want you to book the courier and take money from you. I have paid for the express courier through air but when I called the DTDC they said that normal courier is booked. Courier agent has kept the difference amount, so don't trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy is running a racket . He charges for air cargo, mentions shipment type as air cargo but has internal arrangement with dtdc staff to send the consignment by road. He refunded the money after getting caught . But normally it will go unnoticed unless one suspects him and check with customer care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not clears about prices because on when we give assignment to deliver them then we receive one mail from DTDC they mention all details with price that price is different and when we go to office they show some high prices. Otherwise good courier service
