★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much satisfied with Dr Mangesh Desai Sir's diagnosis and treatment. The most positive part that I feel is doctor listens to patient and answers all doubts that patient have. He only prescribe medicines that are really needed for a patient.
Also I liked the idea of diet & lifestyle plan that have enriched our knowledge of ayurveda & learned a lot about how to practical use in everyday life and, apparently, among other things.
It's even harder to find Indian doctors ready to get you in the secret of ayurveda. If you are looking for such a place and need treatment, I would advise you to visit Dr.Mangesh Desai Ayurveda clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 Days back suddenly my urination got stucked & i was feeling uneasy.
I communicated with my friend, he called his *Family Ayurvedic Vaidya* Mangesh sir.
He came to check me, after check up he told that this might be due to Urinary Stone.
*He gave me some medicines, after 1st dose only my urine flow re-established & on 4 th Day Morning i started mild pain and burning in urination and 2 urinary stones got dislodged.*
*It was truly fastest & unbelievable result.*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all you need lot of patience if want to get ttreatment done here, Doc is near to perfectionist who will either try to give 100% or clearly mentioned we cannot do xyz treatment because they are contra indicated to one's condition.
I took treatment last week a very short course of 3_5 sessions of panchkarma due to my pre planned travels.
Doc will take detailed history ,consulting goes for 3 hrs ,charges 500/-
Then you would be given detailed analogy in ayurveda terms.
Belive me I haven't seen any doc spending so much time on individual patients .
He himself will prepare medicines.
Ensure combinations which suit and required for your condition.
Genuine materials used, so one might see charges slightly costly but they are worth it .
Eg approx rs 500 charged for Basti which are worth every penny.
Doc himself would do snehan ,Sweden, basti.
I wish I could meet this gem before and complete the treatment as per protocol.
Good results with just 3 sessions.
I wish to see such doc coming up frequently and on large scale. Good luck to him.

During first visit doctor has asked me whole history and tried to understand root cause of problems. I start feeling better only after 7 days from the start of treatment.
