β β β β β Do not use this company! I rarely post reviews however want to warn others to never deal with Clearsynth. I ordered a labelled Tazobactam internal standard in April 2015, and was initially told it was in stock. This cost approximately $2000 USD which required payment upfront. I was subsequently told after payment that the product needed to be synthesised and this would take approximately 8 weeks, and therefore I was agreeable to wait. I rarely received updates and had to email the company continuously for updates once this deadline had passed. These emails were occasionally answered by the company with the same message apologising for the delay and with assurance that the compound was under synthesis and would still take some more time. After 9 months and still no product I requested a refund as we needed to continue our project but had no reply to any emails. After 12 months I received an email saying that an alternative compound had been synthesised ( not what I had originally ordered) which was not suitable for my project due to different retention times of the compound. I outlined that the ester that the company had formulated was not suitable and requested a full refund. I have never had any reply to any of my emails requesting a refund, and have emailed multiple email addresses on 20+ occasions. It has now been almost 2 years since placing the order. I emailed the company once again last week ( attaching receipts etc) and advised them if they did not deal with this matter urgently that I would post a review about their service. I have had no reply, and am appalled with the service received.

β β β β β Highly recommended to all the research companies, I had ordered Latanoprost Related Compound E and it was delivered 2 days prior to the expected delivery date, extremely good delivery & the packaging was really awesome, with all the necessary documents. Frankly speaking after reading a bad review about Clearsynth i was a bit hesitant to place the order, but since they were the only one who had it in stock I had no other option than approaching them, however i was really surprised to see the service they provided, totally unexpected ..... way to go Clearsynth. Keep it up!

β β β β β Such a bad service with Clearsynth , they accept the payment for all the products and they confirm that they are available after waiting one year , they reply that some products can't be sent , some can't be produced .. which creates many problems for distributors who are engaged with the government.

β β β β β Bad company, being having so.much demand for pharma, they fired many people during covid and not given a chance to hire them back or check with whether they got job or not... trust is what matters in any organisation... its not fair to leave there hand in mid of ocean... it doesnt befit thr organisation like yourss....
