β β β β β We cancelled the booking because the sales rep backed off from what they had promised. Very arrogantly they asked to cancel. We have sent numerous mails to some arti dalal but our money hasnt been returned. The positive reviews are from sales rep & their family members. The moment booking is done sales rep behave differently.

β β β β β OMG. Forget about the flats. What a Staff. Felt so lucky that they gave us their precious time.
In my life I have met many sale persons but never met someone like them. Rude and No Professionalism. They will make you feel that they are doing favour on us my selling their flats. They feel they are prince & princess of somewhere. Would like to request Transcon to take visitors review on site so they come to know the reality of their sales staff.

β β β β β God bless people staying @ Transcon including me. The Fitout team and the maintenace team has very laid back attitude, and very irresponsive.
A simple maintenance work of 1 day, took the Transcon team more than 6 weeks to fix it.
Site is good, but avoid falling in their flashy marketings. If you want to live tension free, avoid Transcon. Management as well does not seem to be taking customer service as priority.

β β β β β Very cruel people working in branch. They just want to anyhow sell their property, nothing else they care. Employees working there in office as callers are being literally treated as salves. Please stay away from this company. They are brutal.

β β β β β This is a perfect location if you are looking for a peaceful residential location in Andheri. Connectivity is centralised with Malls and Hospitals at walking distance. They also provide some signature based features which will make your home as a complete home. Only draw back here is the high prices, if budget is not your concern then this is a perfect place.

β β β β β I went there today with a friend of mine to see the apartment there.This is such a nice and beautiful ? housing society.It has 2,3 and 4 BHK flats.i loved that 4bhk flat which was bigger in size and it can also be converted into penthouse.Its living cum drawing area is big than usual flats.I loved the kitchen size and design.Over all its a nice place to live.This is very close to fun republic and infinity mall.
