★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional service provider.
I had called them for A/c servicing at 10am and their so called SSC fail Engineers turned at 4pm (that too without any equipments). When I asked them why didn't they carry the equipments, they very unprofessionally replied "We forgot". They charged me Rs. 250 as Service Charges for rendering me no service and gave me a promise to visit next day with proper equipments. Spoke to somebody by the name Nair (who claimed to be the owner) about the unprofessional behaviour and charges for a service never used but he was useless just like his other staff. Overall pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very professional with providing services related to AC Sale, Installation and Service. They offer ACs at very competitive price. Before buying new AC they pre-visit residence and understand proper requirement of AC. Provide Customer proper information to take decision for buying good AC. Later they provide hassle free installation. They provide very good service under their AMC.
