Next day after waiting for 1 hour I call them why the service personnel has not come and I geg an answer that we will call you back but they don't

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic and honest service. I was promised a service at 2 pm, however for some reason the mechanic could not come. Mr Karan was honest in admitting the miss and ensured that another mechanic is available at 4 pm. I found this honesty heart warming and I already knew that these people are serious about customer service. The mechanic reached by 4 pm. Mr Rajan reviewed the condition of the ac and communicated the issue with good detail. We then agreed on the fix. His behavior was extremely polite throughout and he did not try to upsell silly services. I really loved this experience and I will consider them for my future repairs.

Had heard & read a lot about the quality/quick services you'll provide. Today after experiencing it, I would love to share some feedback!
Booking was at such a short notice & still got the service appointment this 'JALDI'! The technician was on time, very polite and courteous, checked the AC thoroughly & then serviced it as required only!
If you are looking for excellent quick service at a good price, definitely give Jaldiservice a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, we have purchased 11 AC from them, let me tell you they are very bad in service they not cooperative in terms of timing and service schedules. They work as per their availability and not as per client availability. Staff is also rude in behaviour.
