★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star also because you can't go lower, or i'd give them a negative star review. They are running a scam and do not take responsibility for their actions. Using outdated machines, I am left with 2 Scars that are not lightening post laser. I had informed them before taking the package that I have very sensitive skin, and they did a patch test with a super low intensity and it worked fine, giving me the trust that I can take this forward. In the second sitting itself they increased the intensity and damaged my skin severely. and Refuse to take responsibility for the same. I had paid for services in advance and after this experience when I am asking for a refund of the money i paid in advance for future sittings, they have clearly refused. 2 days post both my laser sittings I couldn't wear any clothes coz i had rashes all over the parts where laser was done. They did not take this seriously at that point also and said I can take an allegra before and after every sitting. Which is NOT how any treatments work. Save yourself the time and do not go to dermatech under any circumstance. Their entire team is highly unprofessional and fail to own up to their actions. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took the money in advance and didn’t complete my sessions. I’ve been trying to reach them out to schedule appointment , but no reply from their side. Very poor management. I had my cryo sessions and they were supposed to complete the whole procedure including massage and other things. ???

Jyoti Mehta ,operation & sales manager at Dermatech clinic ,gurgaon is an amazing person ,thorough professional and extremely courteous . The rest of the staff & therapists are very good at the service they provide .
I highly recommend Dermatech as a one stop clinic for all skin issues .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 4th sitting for laser hair removal and I must say I can already see the difference in hair growth.
Since my skin is quite sensitive, I got rashes on my skin initially, but thanks to the staff for helping me get rid of it quickly.
I have also used following products which worked great on my skin (skin type- T zoned/mixed) and would definitely recommend :-
-Spf 30- great cooling effect and non-sticky
-Body butter- good for winters
-Hydration cream- non-sticky moisturiser with mild fragrance
Just a small issue, I couldn’t get an appointment as per my desired time.
Hope I can get the morning slot for my next due appointment.

Post that one is lost in a never ending web of cancelled appointments, not getting appointments, long wait times at the center as the technicians are not available, broken machines. Every time one goes there is a new therapist, no continuity in understanding your procedure. Complete nightmare. I am certain all the people giving 5 are paid reviews
