Dr. Shilpi is such an empathetic, kind, and even tempered doctor, that from the minute you enter her office, your confidence increases manifold. She doesn’t try to sell a procedure because it’s better for her pocket or is the current best-seller in the market. She suggests procedures that will best meet your needs. Her approach is very pragmatic, and she takes her time to decide and explain her action plan. I have no doubt that I will be extremely happy and satisfied with my results when I wake up from surgery.
Her staff is extremely patient, calm and approachable. I have been texting them since January- sometimes to change the date of my procedure, other times to ask questions and/or to discuss concern. Never once have I felt that they’ve had enough of my questions or are avoiding my calls/texts. They make you feel as special and comfortable as Dr. Badhani does. It just goes to show that they all love what they do and have been trained by the best!
