★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most low rated Karim's in Global Foyer. I along with my colleague went for a lunch and must say was rudely shocked with the low key attitude of staff. We asked for popular chicken biryani but they told it has not reached from the main Restaurent.
Both the 2 chicken dishes where very similar. I am really dissatisfied at this place !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered mutton kebab & Nihari Mutton. Taste is good but more than required cardamom & coriander seeds were in the gravy which was little off for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the slowest Resturant and management in gurgaon they don’t know how to handle there customers. Gave my order thrice and after 40 mins he gave me just a water bottles and came again to take order in a Resturant filled with just 10 customers in total means three families. Don’t know anything about there menu for every dish the guy is going in kitchen and asking the chef about it. Served nonveg when we ordered veg for my wife. He’s surely ruining the name and the brand

Heard lot about karim but Food is below average, kadai paneer is sweet, changezi murg has dark blakish gravy, kadai mutton missing all flavours. Being a chef i know how these dishes are prepared.
There was a single Server, have to call him and remind about ordered breads, water and beverages. Specially breads took very long time to prepare from kitchen. Biryani were not available....
Didnt get a healthy dining experience at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small restaurant, doesn’t seems authentic taste though nothing beats original Jama Masjid one love that though this one is far far away from that one in taste, Need better ambience more parking better seats more cleanliness in restaurant they also deliver to home sometimes not tried though yet
