Plus the housekeeping lady should be replaced because she acts like a lab technician instead of doing her job of keeping the center clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are exorbitantly high, they charge at 10 to 50% extra on various tests. I foolishly got my tests done without research and now am feeling cheated like never before. If you care for your hard earned money this place in not for you. Minus stars from me.
Edit: I was not given information by the staff on available packages. I had at least 8 tests, out of which minimum four could have been covered in the package. That could have saved me at least 1000 rs.
What makes your lab more reliable on reports than any other similar but better customer oriented and competitive labs is thoroughly unfathomable. Do you do diagnostics using some kind of cosmic truth?
The reasons you provide are totally insufficient for the displeasure I have been forced to endure.
