★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. I ordered personalized cupcakes for my baby's first month celebration and even took time to print out a copy of the details and colors of the individual cupcakes. I went to the shop personally and took time to explain all the details to them. Today what i got is a different product with the colors all wrong and cupcakes look messy and haphazardly done. Why do we pay 150rs for one small cupcake (total 900rs for 6 pcs)? Because it is personalized! But if the supposedly "personalized" cupcakes are not as per the details that you have given and are all wrong then why would they still charge the same amount when it is their mistake. They are not even giving discount even though it is their mistake. Only saying sorry and what can we do? So unprofessional. Will never order from this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place for chocolate lovers like me in Airoli.Ordered 2 pastries and 1 Chilly Paneer Roll.
Double Chocolate Pastry:- One of the best chocolates pastries in entire Airoli (Must Try). It is chocolate cake layered with lots and lots of chocolate ganache.
Moment Truffle Pastry:- It was also good with a normal amount of chocolate and sweetness,
Chilly Paneer Roll- Not upto the mark. It was cold and was missing salt and spices.
Taste:-4/5.
Value for Money:- 5/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered customised cake at 650/- for which they said 550/- before and later changed. I said ok n given order. The cake was not same as shown. And the chocolate candy on cake was not filled and fresh one as after eating it was giving bad taste. #noneatable. Spoiled
Our best day with such disgusting non eatable cake. Worst experience ever. Kindly maintain the quality. Staff service is really not entertainable. Take care of the things and don't spoil others day with such services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cakes are so good but the staff is the worst. Actually not even the whole staff but just the one who pretends to be the manager of the store, lol. I guess his name is Pankaj. But the other staff members are really nice, Ashish being the best.

I have been eating at O cakes since years now but this man in particular was horrible.
I wanted to customise a cake for my sister's birthday and the attitude that man was giving me was sick as if I was asking him for a free cake.

The cakes are slightly on the expensive side like 500 rupees for half kg but if you are someone like me who likes to splurge on cakes, then don't think twice. Just go and grab yourself some amazing cakes from any of their outlets.
