★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using it since about 2 and half years. But amazingly very less downtime. They took long time to respond for compliant but that also may be because of some problems regarding covid or rain. Otherwise the service is excellent.

Installation process was great even during pandemic times.
Would recommend this over BSNL or airtel broadband.
PS: If your older router is dlink 2750u, it can be used with this ISP. no need to buy new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am usually sceptical of suggesting local ISP due to my history with them, but Cloud 9 has been an exception for last 2 years. They have good internet plans, great uptime and the staff is really professional and responsive. Keep up the good work!

Also, if net is down its back online within few mins. Engineers are responsive over message so you will get speedy support.
