★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic service and fraud. Many times disruption during weekdays & mostly on weekend they have outage so that customer should not use internet. No resolution on weekends and you have to wait till Monday for resolution. Customer care & technical engineer service is pathetic & just says to have patience after waiting for 24/26hrs without internet. Worst part is, I come to know from customer care if I will disconnect connection I will not get any refund of plan so our money is gone. Not even worth to give 1 star. Not professional, very very poor quality, Appelle and Nodal service is also pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst experience with you broadband, first they I will ask you to pay whole installation amount, after paying the amount your sales executive never reply to your messages and phone calls, I have cancelled my installation after that, for the refund process customer care said your amount will get refund within 45 days, its too long process. There is no track for your installation and amount refund process. You need to call every time for the refund process. If you mail them for amount refund please don't expect they will reply you.Never go with this broadband connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My issue was successfully resolved due to escalation of the complaint. Speeds are superfast, but they need to work on good service---especially providing timely updates---I perfectly understand that service can get delayed for genuine reasons; just inform the customers accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience, I’d already heard about this worst experience from my friends, but I’d no option other than this. I really regret using this wifi. From last 3 days the wifi isn’t working, every time when I call customer care they bark that we regret to form you that our service has been temporarily not available will be available within an hour. From last 3 days I’m facing this issue. Please I would suggest everyone not to subscribe this. It’s better to use mobile data rather than spending excess money on them. The day Jio Fiber will be rolled out, you will automatically shut its business. Tbh it should do it right now. Pathetic service. I would suggest everyone to try some other broadband but not this.
