★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was using there services for more than 5 years this year i shifted to my home town and also informed their customer care that to discontinue my connection then also they sent me bills for 2 months and on non-payment they filled a civil case against me for the repayment of the money..
Please clarify all doubts before taking there connection there coustomer service is not satisfactory!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and just harassing customer as per my personal experience don't subscribe this, I inform them to cancel my connection still they continue to charge me for 2 months and threatening me to take legal actions through advocate as I cleared their bills they are again charging me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters. No proper customer care. No proper office in pune. No one picks your call on customer care. Worst service. Worst tikona app. They will start auto renewal Internet service without your approval and give you outstanding bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service provider. I have been having speed and buffering issues. I have made a complaint more than a week ago and no one has contacted me. I checked speed test and found that they have at least 40% data loss. I did the speed test using mobile data and there is zero data loss. Their App is absolutely pathetic as well. You keep getting errors and unable to connect to server. You log complaints and nothing gets addressed. They have a premium pay phone service which costs 2.5 paise per second. What a load of rubbish. Just to get phone support for asking about complaint we have to call a premium phone number? They are just looting innocent public with poor quality and poor customer service and everything is automated answer service. I can’t believe that the Telecom Regulatory Authority is not doing anything about this.
