Right from sales team till customer care everyone is lier.
I paid for 80 Mbps plan. They have Chinese modems+router which delivers max 40 mbps wireless within 1 mtr of radius only. Getting just 20-30 mbps in nearby room.
Customer care closes requests without even attending them. No use if dozens of emails, calls.
