★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google should introduce -ve rating too beacuse service is very very poor. I took 50 mbps plan and got only 4 mbps everyday i called them, they are very rude towards customer i said that you network isnt giving me 50 mbps then he gave an answer that why are you checking speed i mean seriously i took 50 mbps plan you giving me 4 mbps and sometimes in kbps too. And also if a small wind and rain comes the network goes immediately. At every 15 mins networks goes. I removed this "hi5" Network and shifted to another isp. Never ever think of this network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are shabby. The support staff doesn't pickup the before 11am. Hence there is no internet connectivity one need to wait till the support staff picks up the phone. There is no feedback on when connection will be available. Escalations to area manager too doesn't help. 2 star because when connection is available speed is good.
Really at their mercy for services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Net speed is good when connected, but ones net is disconnected at 7pm , then it will be resume on next day after 12.30pm after taking strong follow-up. If we asking them to solve problems ASAP, then they reply to us change the services provider.
