★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for 0 service, the customer care are very very rude. And even they don't care as they have huge customer income base, so its their win-win situation. To them it doesn't matter whether you stay with them or no, as the other options of internet provider in the area are from the same Vendor only the names are changed. Giving my personal experience with Supernet is, they provide good speed whenever there is internet connection. In case of no internet, call customer help and try to win the conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and very poor network speed. ?Very rude staff I ever seen. If you get any problem they even don't answer to your call and in case they receive they talk very rudly and ask to change service provider. One lady in their staff literally told me don't call us. And they said come to office along with your router if you want to solve issue or wait till 2 hrs. They don't have manners to talk with customers. Worse service and bad staff ever. ? I suggest don't even think to buy service from supernetconnect. Zero star from my end

Don't go for this provider in pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bed services.. It's been 5 days i have installed supernet broadband and it did not worked properly in 5 days. Router is of very bad quality and get reset automatically every day and then i have to call support no but they are not responsive. internet is again down from last 12 hours and after calling them 10 times there in no resolution till now.
