15 mins for consulting with doctor and 1.5hours with the billing. Even thinking to change the hospital because of the annoying experiences faced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister had a pathetic experience with Dr. Dharani Bai. Unprofessional behaviour as she didn't even listen properly when she came to know the patient is just a temporary visitor to the city.
Kept telling her known persons stories, without bothering one bit that patient would be in problem and comes with some expectations at a high end, costly and much marketed Hospital.

we would suggest all the other to reach out to this centre for any covid related vaccinations or covid PCR Tests..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst hospital in Bangalore. They looted one of my relative recently and then shrug-off their responsibility. The Doctor there are not competent enough to identify the condition of Baby in womb. they are basically the part of nexus of medical mafia.
Guys please think ten times before going there for consultation. Fraud, Cheat and Inhuman Doctors are working in cloud 9.

1. No android phone
2. No space to download app
3. No phone
If nearby village people visit, then they have to find another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 2 star to support staff only..people @Cash counter are very annoying...always give half information and take too much of time for billing. 1st floor sample collection counter also same situation. Infront of me one lady was standing for a long time no response from the people inside the lab, finally they came out and told her that her report will be uploaded to the app. If this the case they could have told her from beginning instead of wasting everyone time. These guys not in helping mindset or very lack of coordination.
In 1st floor lab They call patients name randomly,my wife is in last stage of pregnancy still ask her to go up and down. Plus those lab guys are wearing soiled mask...!!
Right now am inside this hospital 1st floor and writing this review
Here Doctors are good but support staffs are not upto mark.
