Right from the multiple design discussions to the 3D rendering to the actual execution of the project, it has been a seamless experience for us. NVT Design studio team did a fantastic job right from the concept stage till implementation. Attention to details & adjusting the design as per customer need is highly appreciated. Team is well experienced & exceeded my exepectation for my Villa interiors especially on the Quality & great looking design. Throughout the execution I received good suggestions & options to choose from, one can choose considering budget as the price breakdown is very transparent. Big thumbs up to Soniya, Chetan & Sanjay for thier excellent execution & support even to resolve minor issues post handover as well.

Though designer has done a good job, execution team has spoiled the design. It is very tough and highly impossible to get the response from them to rectify the mistakes they have done and it is a waste effort to reach out to the owner as they don’t want to fix anything and dnt accept the mistakes .

Couldn't wait to share my honest feedback as i lost my hard earned money with NVT design studio bad quality work and don't want another victim. so please find feedback in each area of dissatisfaction and also search in mouth shut for other honest feedback of NVT design studio 1. Fooling customers by asking NVT own staff to share reviews: majority of the reviews were given by NVT staff sales team, interior teams and other NVT staffs themselves as I could recognize all of them. Photos posted are not customer houses instead they are model houses. This talks about bad customer relationship as no honest customer review 2. Expensive Pricing: The cost is too high compared to their quality and workmanship. Also they increased aristo door cost multiple times during execution which was a surprise that shows their greediness and unprofessional ways of working. They threatened me to change design if not paid and I had no choice than to pay to avoid last minutes changes. 3. Quality & zero coordination issues: Attached photos are self explanatory about their quality and execution. Carpenter and other sub contractors have openly told that design team, execution team and sub contractors lack communication so the project ended up in failure which doesn’t meet customer requirements. in my case I moved in Nov 2021 despite pending items and since I reported many issues which they couldn’t fix it then NVT design team started arguing and finally demanded final payment which is against their own schedule (supposed to pay 10% only on completion) 4. Bad attitude and no respect or Courtesy to customer: At times I felt that, NVT is giving a charity work due to their irresponsible behaviour, bad attitude, ego and show no respect or courtesy from the team and management if you report any issue. Director or owner Shikha says that, she gets lot of emails and it is not necessary to read and answer all of customer emails. Surprised to hear such statements from owner considering Customer mails as junk mails. Also she give reasons that issues reported cannot be fixed as they are natural issues in the project which showcases their heights of negligence. Sub contract Labours atleast show some gratitude to fix if requested personally and also NVT design team and execution team give instructions to labour not to attend any issues and try to humiliate customer. I paid more than 90% as per their schedule despite open issues but they expect to pay 100% without fixing the issues and not respecting their schedule. This shows they don't follow rules or committed things. Schedule attached 5. Quality Issues reported: - cracks on the false ceiling within a week or so - Sealing of silicon on the mirror wall design & Crack evident already - Kids door bend with unacceptable gaps from day 1 at top and bottom of the door and still try to adjust the hinges than replacing or fixing it - Ground bedroom's cupboard doors have bend and unacceptable gaps at top and bottom corners and they didn’t replace or fix it and stopped answering. Later, demanding to pay first and will try their best to fix without any guarantee of it - Kitchen cabinets cannot be opened simultaneously as they don’t have any proper measurement to adjust the gap for smooth movement - bathroom storage unit - unable to fix due to lack of experience - There are many gaps everywhere due to their interior work and because of it Ants and lizards already started residing in the wall gaps and cupboards - Bad Veneer finish or quality and photo attached and no smooth surface finishing - cracks on mirror design started within few months now and photo attached Warranty: only 6 months and no documentation of any products Some pros: they have good team to lay the kitchen quartz counter top, good tailor for all the bed headboard cushions etc (Ansari) My humble opinion: please save your hard earned money and don’t get into such irresponsible and very bad company and spoil your health due to harassment and humiliation from this company. Overall Implementation & execution is a failure. Hope it helps
