I have visited the clinic sometime in the last week since my mom was experiencing a lot of pain in her upper jaw. We met Dr. Roopashi there and she handled my mom very well and helped her understood the reason behind the pain. The clinic was very well managed and all the covid guidelines were being followed. Happy with the service:)

Painless procedure,perfect job!
When I compare with past 10 years experience with leading south delhi dentists this was way better!
Costs which were steep elsewhere were 40% lower.
Well mannered Doctors… such a difference from the rest of south delhi specialists!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My post-treatment review is bitter-sweet. The bitter experience first.
This was my first meeting with the RC specialist, Ms. Novsheeba. As she starts work, there's water dripping down my lips and mouth. I ask her to pass me tissue paper. She does not and instead tells me that when the assistant comes to the room, he will do so. Some high-handed arrogance! Does handing over tissue to the client lessen her self-respect? Or, as is the case with most of us Indians, such tasks (handing water, opening the door etc) are too menial, meant only for our poorer, less-educated colleagues such as helpers, cleaners and so on? When her assistant walked into the room, she asked him to give me tissue paper and he did. That's when I also saw that the tissues were barely two feet away from her chair.
There's more. During the course of the RC, she asked the assistant for quite a few x rays, five, to be precise. At the fourth or fifth x ray, when I request her to go easy with the X rays, she asked, surprised, "Are you pregnant?" When I answered in the negative, she looked puzzled and miffed. So I explained to her that there are many other conditions in which excessive x rays are harmful, and x ray radiation is harmful nonetheless. She didn't seem to get my concern, even as she explained that the X rays were harmful to 'her' because she was pregnant and this is why she had been stepping out each time an x ray was taken by the assistant! Her stepping out was perfectly legit, I told her, but also requested her to take the client's CONSENT, especially when many x rays are needed.This made her curt behaviour worse, and then she told me, rather haughtily, and strangely "I have done a good job".
Am sharing this feedback in the hope that Novsheeba can respect her clients, especially their fundamental right to consent.
Now the sweet story. I had a lovely experience with Dr. Nikita, also at the Kailash Colony clinic. I found her work impressive, and her behavior to be patient, warm, and quite kind. Coincidentally, when she saw me rinsing my mouth, she herself handed me a tissue paper, before I even asked for it. A small gesture but speaks much of the character of the person. This is a confident and appreciative recommendation for Dr. Nikita.
