★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopkeeper is a pompous individual who goes back on his word to ensure quality of product and promises of warranty very quickly. Would not recommend serious purchases from them, just use them to get quick gutting done. Make sure they do not put the yonex logo via wax on your racquet, they don't know how to do it gently and my gut broke in one day after doing so.
