And people also very friendly too not like other gym only educated people train there

β β β β β If you are seeking a cardio oriented gym then maybe it's the best one for you as it has been accomodated with many treadmills, cross trainers and cycles and spa too but if you are fond of weight and functional training then don't even think about it as they don't allow heavy weightlifting and always care about their beams and structures which could be hindered as they think so. They don't even have a decent bar dip, not enough weight, fall ceiling doesn't provide enough height to pull up even further and no lying hamstring machine and barbells have their knurlings weared off or smoothened. And further they charges huge amount for this type of gym("club"). Smart people do conditional, strenght and functional training but not only cardio. Think about it!

β β β β β Good gym, really spacious. Trainers are genuine and K11 certified. Praful is really helpful, even though he is not my oersopertrainer but gives personal attention to everyone. You can ask all about your health from. There are some trainers who do their own excercise..not at all concerned but overall gym management is good.

β β β β β It's a nice place to gym . Club 4 extreme have 2 floor for gym , one for cardio and one floor weight training but their is on spa and steam bath . I am giving βΉ2000 per month now a days . Their are lot of machines so their is no problem called "Bro this machine is equipped".
Their is lot of machines and tha AC is also amazing here .
