★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give zero star. We are facing very bad experiences with club oxygen company. Whenever we ask for rooms they deny saying no availability. We informed them about our travel at Dharmshala one and half months before. The regional manager in Pune "Tanvi" promised us about rooms and promised to make alternate arrangements in case of no availability at their Co connect hotel Aroham at Dharmshala. We booked our to and fro flights to Dharmshala relying on her promise.
When we called yesterday to confirm booking she bluntly informed that there is no place in Aroham hotel and she will not make any arrangements for us. We contacted Mumbai office and informed the issue but in vain. After having such bad experience of we tried to book hotel at Dharmshala on our own . And guess what ! we booked rooms in same hotel Aroham same evening by paying from our pockets.
That means Aroham hotel is open to general public for booking but not to Club oxygen company. May be due to bad reputation or bad previous experience.We had to pay extra money due to late booking. Had Tanvi informed us about possibility of nonavailability we could have booked rooms much before and saved money. At least she should have the courtesy to keep transparency with her customers and not make false promises which will land them in trouble. It was a emotional and economic torture for us.
We deeply regret investing our money in Club oxygen company who do not care at all about customer and their comfort. Please be aware and do not fall in the trap of false promises made by them while taking money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear All, I would recommend people not to fall to the sweet talks of the sales of oxygen club, they do not deliver want the promise.
They chase you till you become a member and they encourage you to take an upgrade on the membership. They help you with tour 1st holiday which happens in d week of your birthday and which is blocked for you, once you get enticed by their hospitality, they encourage you to upgrade your membership so you can travel anytime.
Once you upgrade, the service is pathetic, you never get i timation if your booking us done, you take leave and plan holiday and at the last-minute they sales, all slots are full, when you contact your sales coordinator at oxygen club they say contact revelation we o ly handle sales.
I have put an email, let week I wS told my complaint would be address in one working day is almost 2 weeks, reminders but no response from the club.
This is a purely money making racket, beware of thesese scamsters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Club Oxygen member. I stayed for 2 days in Oxygen resorts, Thekkady. The location of the property is super with silent atmosphere. Room was neat and spacious with all amenities. The view from balcony is beautiful which remind us a jungle stay. Food served by the restaurant was delicious with plenty of varieties of north Indian and south Indian dishes.
The staff are very much prompt in customer relationship.
While checking out the Guest Relation Executive Miss Sanitha suggested their property ate Alleppey, Kerala for the next trip. As per the advice, I opted Oxygen resort, Alleppey for my next trip. I stayed there for 2 days. The location of the property is very good, walkable distance from KSRTC Bus Stand and Alleppey Boat Jetty. The appearance of the building is very beautiful. There also the food was delicious with varieties. Staff were very co operative and friendly. In Alleppey also I had a good experience with Club Oxygen.
I am planning Morjim , Goa for my next vacation with Club Oxygen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not happy with my membership. When I took membership of club oxygen. Thn they promised me to give free food vouchers as Well as diamond set after membership. But till now no promise was fulfilled. When I booked hotel from them. They denied to give food vouchers and forgot about diamond set.
I am feeling like cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Club oxygen resort has been thoughtfully designed around its natural surroundings to serve as an excellent getaway from the rush of city life. It was an amazing experience and lots of memories which had at club oxygen thekkady. The food was delicious and they had lots of varieties in them. The staff was really pleasing and helpful throughout the days. The room was spacious and beautifuly decorated. Overall my experience was above my expetations.....
