★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a loan fed finance should be a last option to choose.
They will disburse your loan as quick as possible but if you are late to pay the emi then you will face hell. They will treat you like goons and send people to your homes. call you like 50 times continuously. We have a loan with fed finance andheri branch . Believe me they are litterary goons.

4) Terms and conditions put in offer letter is for harrasment of customer, however the institution itself did not comply with the condition mentioned in offer.
5) New T&C are put up till end to delay the transaction which are even not part of offer letter for harassment
I was told that the T&C mentioned in offer letter is not fulfilled hence the cheque is not printed but when I complied the T&C to my surprise 31st March 2021 dated Cheque was handed over to me on 16th April 2021 (which was not as per the T&C for which it was delayed)
I want to know can a system print a 31st Dated cheque on 16th April 2021?
In between all this there was a pre emi due on 7th April 2021, I had told the executive to waiver of Pre Emi since I had not received the cheque, he told me to put up a mail I did it on 5th April 2021 (before emi deduction) but still the emi got deducted and still no action are taken on.
Till the last day when the cheque was handed over to me new hurdles (by creating new requirements which even not a part of offer letter) were created by the their staff to delay my transaction.
Now due to above I paid pre emi and also my transaction got delayed due to them and effectively happened in May 2021 hence paying one month emi with out effectively the money (if my cheque was handed over to me on 31st itself then this would never happen)
Also I was charged Rs 88,518 (47318+41200) as processing fees but a invoice of Rs 47,518 was only received.
I would never recommend this financial Institution to anyone.

Very poor service and cannot trust their word
