★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should be in knowledge of superior authorities that Cluster Buses are also life line of Delhi NCR as DTC Buses. The conditions of some buses are marvelous because it brought recently.
If we comparison between the DTC and Cluster Bus services, the bus service of cluster would be supper and luxurious but due some staff like bus conductors and drivers, the image of cluster buses has come down.
The discipline of staff specially conductors and driver do not fulfill the demand of expectation of owner/ directors.
Cluster bus services can hold the transportation life line of Delhi & NCR.
Discipline controlling staff should be strict and loyal towards management and take an mediate against on any type of complaint which are against the conductors, drivers, TI or anyone else.
The demand of DTC buses are going to high and the cluster bus service become a priority service.
It should be in knowledge, most of the bus route conductors and drivers are cheating and getting a hug amount from tickets. The routes are given below;
1- From Railway Hazarat Nizzamuddin to Nagloi
2- From Anand Vihar Bus terminal towards all direction
3- From Sarai Kale Khan Bus Terminal
4- And some other out station passengers picking.
How they cheated to cluster bus management
1- Conductors do not provide the tickets instead of money to passenger
2- Conductors extra charges of fare from out station passengers.
3- Conductors punch the tickets from start to end stand and these
tickets circulate multiple times to other passengers instead of money.
4- Most of the times, conductors requests to passengers, please leave
tickets, they will adjust in other expenditures.
and
5- Conductors use the routes bus for their commercial use celebrations
as on interest.
