★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever... I'd suggest to cancel your trip than to travel in Falcon.. The staff members are so rude.. The bus got delayed by 1 hour and on asking the office members about the update, I was told to complain on the Redbus app as I'd booked my ticket from it.. It was seriously the worst experience ever.. I'll never suggest anyone to travel in Falcon Travels..

Tourism services by this company is the worst of the worst.
The brand they are pretend to be is fake
Only high Prices and show off by the company is not the making any company famous. Service has to be good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had round trip (AHM to Jamnagar) and had wrost experience if traveling in Bus.
- They are not at all time punctual, GSRTC bus would better be on time.
- Wasted almost 2 Hrs in Rajkot itself.
- Staffs and services are not at all good
- Would suggest to go with Zingbus rather then booking with Falcon
- they don't know how to manage AC temperature, you will feel like you're in shimla
P.S.: you will get thankyou msg from falcon before 1.30 hour you end your journey ??
