★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long overdue but needed to be written. I built a high end custom rig for research which abruptly stopped working. I'm usually reluctant to let someone else, whom I don't know, fix the problem. I contacted several computer repair shops in the area and very few responded. I chanced upon Cluster Technologies and took a chance with Upendra. Upendra always responded to my calls. I do admit it took him a while to source a motherboard. I ended up purchasing one on my own and taking it to him. He not only reduced the service charge but took a lot of care while re-seating the components. Something I rarely see. If you have problems with your desktop, I highly recommend going to Cluster Technologies. You won't regret it. The are very affordable, diagnose the problem correctly and take a great deal of pride in their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Cluster Technologies out of desperation when my laptop was not responsive and I needed it to be fixed urgently and the mousepad on the laptop was unresponsive making it impossible for me to even execute any command on the laptop. I went to Cluster Technologies who was the closest to my home and explained my problem. Mr Satish took my laptop, came back in 15 minutes explaining that my touch screen had failed and he had disabled it so I could use it for my urgency. He also refused to take money for the work despite my insistence. He even recommended that i do not change the touchscreen if this was not a burning need for me since it was quite expensive. On top he asked me to feel free to test out the laptop and even come back if the situation prevailed so it could be addressed. He has instantly earned my trust and i would not hesitate to go to him again for all future needs as needed and also spread the word on how amazing my experience was with Cluster ..Great place and fantastic experience.. I was really surprised by their effort to repair my laptop. My laptop was not powering on. I tried before with few other laptop service centers and they couldn’t fix the issue. Reason was spare part was not available. But I guess these guys took it as a challenge and repaired power section without changing the component. Surprisingly they fixed the issue and delivered to me almost like a showroom condition. It was raining, still they delivered my laptop safely to my doorstep. Trust me, the best service guys I have seen. Thanks for Kumar & team for support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service center and very professional behaviour from everyone in shop. Especially Upendra, he is knowledgeable and takes his work seriously and making sure the issues are resolved fast. I had went for laptop motherboard replacement and because it was a gaming laptop with rare specs, Upendra tried a lot to repair the mother board or get new one. Even after putting so much of efforts unfortunately replacement opinion was not viable, when I went to pick up laptop he didn't even charge me any amount saying that laptop is not fixed, such a professional behaviour. Totally recommend anyone who want to get there devices repaired
