★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Naveen who attended my case has no clue about how to do basic things like upgrade ram in a laptop! While he vehemently denied that my laptop ram cannot be upgraded as it is "Internal", he took his service charge anyway for opening up the laptop! I told him multiple times its doable and showed him on YouTube Lso, but he said its risky as its a chip level operation! I finally got it easily done through another provider! FYIP it was nothing CHIP LEVEL! STAY AWAY GUYS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Naveen is responsive on call and he doesn't unnecessarily try to oversell stuff for the heck of it.
I went with a small booting issue in my laptop. He readily fixed it. Apparently testing charge is 200 rs. Rs 500 quite high for the issue i was facing, but having not negotiated, i paid and got out.
He is good, but very expensive. So weigh your options and see if u can agree to a price before he can fix the issue.
