The Man, Kartik, he possess the expertise and reacts promptly with appropriate solutions.
On this Sunday, I handed over my Lenono Laptop with few issues, what i got in an hour was amazing service, chosen out the some options of solutions (keeping my wallet constraints in mind), corrected my machine excellently. I'm a happie customer to him now.

Karthik is very knowledgeable. he explained the problem clearly and assured it can be fixed. There was a short on chipset and couple of ICs missing since the previous service elsewhere. He fixed all those issues. Laptop works like a charm now.
