★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking an appointment with Lekh is one of the best thing i did for myself. Getting to know one's own mind is a big surprise(sometimes pleasant). Goals one can achieve by knowing and clearing the mind has got no limit to it and Lekh can help anyone (brilliantly) in that matter.
When i met Lekh for the first time, i was facing relationship and confidence and irrational fear issues, which started to melt away from session no. 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in touch with Lekh for a little over 6 months. He's very calm and patient and works with the person rather than coming with preconceived notions about the situation at hand. His coaching style is very natural and organic and not at all focused on finding quick fixes. The journey I have undertaken with him is more like identifying deep rooted issues (which require time and patience) and simply getting comfortable with them before figuring out how to take the next steps. Overall it has been an extremely pleasant experience :)
