★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think proper personal attention of the trainer is most important part of having a workout plan and nft is all about that. We are informed about the exercise we have to do that day in advance so that we can prepare ourselves for that day's workout much before the work out actually starts. Secondly, Nik sir is present at the time we are working out to tell us how to do it right and believe me little things matter a lot when you want to see the results. Hence I think it is the best place in Bhopal if you want to get ripped.
