The way he trained and perfection in training that he provides will always keep you motivated and inspired. And you will always get a good vibes from your coach and mates. You should visit for at least once you will the same way I'm expressing. Just loved it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place for actual CrossFit and the only place for true MMA training in bhopal. The coach Nitish is simply amazing. Gave me amazing support in my weight loss journey and even in COVID times, helped me With diet and workouts at home when the gym was closed. Made me loose 18 kgs in 6 months. Great change from the run of the mill conventional gyms. Love his concept of strength building and holistic living and does not focus merely on buffing up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic place to work out. If you want to truly get a deep workout in then this is your place. People of all types and Nitesh is absolutely wonderful. He is there to help you and he's a very kind soul. Anyone wanting to have a wholesome exercise regimen should come to NFT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with NFT Academy has been really amazing. My goal was strengthening and general fitness, which improved many folds for me in 2 months. Nik Sir helped me achieve that with his strict diet, encouragement and most importantly discipline.
Academy provides mix of most rigorous workouts which is very interesting and makes you want to go daily.
Sunday outdoor activities , self defence, Boxing, Grappling and other forms of training is really worth it. A big thumbs up ?
