The trainers are very friendly and will guide and motivate you for getting best results.In fact the owner Mr. Badal Sharma is a bodybuilding coach with an experience of 20+ years. The gym is well equipped and has separate sections for Cardio and Weight training. The gym has flexible timings and provides for an environment suitable even for families to workout together.
