Pros:
1. You'll get a chance to learn all different types of workouts here apart from just weight training such as Zumba, Cardio, Functional, CrossFit and Boxing etc.
2. Diet chart based on your preferred choice.
3. Routine BMI checks based on your personal targets.
4. Gym is clean and hygiene is properly and regularly maintained which is one of the mandatory norms after the pandemic
5. Owner provides you good consultation and shares his experiences about fitness without forcing you on taking the personal trainer. Personal training is totally depends on your choices.
6. All the staff here is friendly and highly professional
Cons:
1. Towels should be mandatory for everyone just like the shoes ?
