Max speed is 9 mbps upload and 4mbps download. Internet connection is not stable. If you get net for half a day then it is off for the next day. Internet is off even if there is a slight drizzle outside. The enthusiasm they show in collecting bills for installation is not there for solving issues. Doesn't even respond to complaints. Better avoid this.

Don't choose this one ,in a month you can get as many complaints as days... I have faced it... They are not trying for long time resolution.... So those who use it will face the same for quite long time.... Unfortunately I chose 6 months.... I will change asap once the plan completes

average download speed is 6 mbps counting only the days it worked and average upload is 25mbps. I opted 50mbps download and upload speed. If it rains, you nay not get internet connectivity for two days. They take about 1-7 days to solve the problem. 1 for new customers. I used to get 20-80% packet loss which thry resolved after a month (yeah it is resolved, not low download speed, but packet loss). Whenever you call, they won't lift these calls after first time probably because they are too many complaints. It is better to use mobile Hotspot. They should reduce monthly data limits from 550 GB to 150-200GB and provide better download speeds. It is a waste of your time, efforts and money if u opt for their service. My connection is at Velivennu. They charged Rs. 5000 for putting the connection. I paid additional Rs. 2500 for 6 month plan. It is much worse from May 2021 before that, I could have adjusted with 15mbps download speed I used to get.

No one in their office responds the call. They don't pick up the call(neither manager nor technician- i don't want to mention their names.) or keep their mobile switched off every single time . They don't have punctuality to their words. They give a false hope for the customers. They say they will come the next day to give a new connection but it's been a month, they don't do their work on time. At least manager should take care of their team and check whether the service is going on time. Please don't give false hopes to customers. Because the people believe your words and everyone has their work to do. They couldn't continuously roam around your office for days to Months.

Ever been frustrated for not getting internet anyday. This is how it feels if you take a broadband connection here. I've complained 7 times in the same month. They call you on the next day complaint is registered. Then they'll take 5-10 hours to close complaint. You'll get internet for 1 day then you don't get internet. Now you'll register complaint again which will be answered after one day. If you read this review and still want to use this connection, Good luck.

Very bad service. It's take too much time for recharge after paid the bill. I paid 1 month advance payment. But my network disconnect 7day . Its took longer time to recharge.

Worst Service, Worst Internet, Worst Customer Support completely worst. I'll never Suggest this worthless service. I paid 7k for new connection, there is no offer for atleast 1month. Even for 1st month also we have to pay extra... Tooo worst...

Work service i ever seen before , they don't even maintain a proper infrastructure don't have any backup system, service line delivery was very very poor no response from a customer service, there no proper trained staff. And it's been second time am writing the review almost 1 and half was completed but my problem was not yet solved they don't even have sufficient technical staff for on site problems to solve, and we don't even get compensation for there mistakes it's really awfully, idont feel that I have good service to my pay they took 1200 for installation it's insane and they site I don't know why there are having there is no sign of compliment register in that if ur really concern about customer take feedback from customers u will know how people Messy with your service
