★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your money. Society and flat's are very small no parking space you need to hunt for parking spot. The owners and tenants are not having parking space forget about guest parking. On top of that you cannot park outside building gate as road is private and owned by Mr. Kate and he is the builder. Not sure why parking space was not given a thought if you have so much issues ppl parking outside gate. Even auto and Ola cabs cant come in for pick up. So if you buy flat here you spend money plus you get advantage of being slave of your builder.
