Construction quality is very very good..Service is very excellent.all staff is very supportive specially Anil sir,Atul sir and cooperative.happy with service and quality..Neeta madam is very cooperative and polide person.appreciated with her service
Sales person Mr. Vishal saindane is very rude & unprofessional person & he had not customer value called him many times he is not pick up d call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 2bhk with brand name YASHADA GROUP a year ago and today got the official possession of our Flat, right from the beginning process of booking flat was smooth with Mr Rohidas Gaware sir, Mr Krishna sir. Followed by other teammate's such as Mr Atul and Nisha Madam.
There is no compromise in build quality and everything was planned in a timely manner. We even got the new society member's elected among us and registration certificate at the time of possession itself which takes more than a year for other builder's.
Only concern is the public washroom and garbage dump besides the entrance of society, but if that part is ignored we have good ventilation and lighting in all rooms as it's a corner flat near garden.
