From the very beginning of my pregnancy, I had been consulting with Dr. Kavita Goel ( One of the best doctors I have ever seen). She is really a very nice & supportive doctor, also she listens her patients very well & explains everything in a very soft manner. I had delivered my first baby as a normal delivery just with her support & guidance.
In short, Cocoon is one of the best service providers ( maternity hospitals) in the city. You can easily go & get the best results from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful experience at Cocoon. All the staff is very helpful, polite & always prompt for their duties. Ambience and food quality is wonderful. Even during night shifts, the staff is very committed & prompt in their duties. We took treatment from Dr. Himani Sharma. She's a wonderful doctor & resolves each and every query and gives proper time. It was overall a very nice stay. Surely recommending to others :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love your Hospital. The best thing about your Hospital and that is your Staff! All the staff in your hospital be it Nurses, Security guards, Doctors or Sweepers! The entire staff of your hospital treats all customers with Great Love and Respect! I would like you to call all the Staff Members of your Hospital and tell them about the Good Behavior done by them and Thank them and Motivate them for this good Behavior. I've never seen a staff like you in any other Hospital! Thank you very much entire Team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Committed and professional doctors, great in patience and OT care. Medical staff goes extra mile to make sure baby delivery is as normal as possible. Nursing Staff is good though night shifts can be improved.
Billing, insurance claims, TPA, counseling were a breeze . Cafe and canteen food taste well.
Only minor/lacking issue is that security guards may do well with some training in dealing and communicating with mother's family and in-laws.
Overall a thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our overall experience was very good. They have a process that starts from admission to discharge very well defined. We booked in 4 months in advance for our case. Uploaded our documents on the portal well before the admission, so everything was ready and we were not hassled for documentation. All medicine, taking care of the mother and baby was very good. Doctors and staff visit very frequently, check on baby and mother from time to time. Thank you cocoon for this smooth and hassle-free experience.
