They take your interview and don't send acceptance or rejection mail
All they need is 200 candidates and for that they are taking online tests all over India

I am mentioning this because Mitul and the team have grown the organization with a long-term growth strategy where trust plays a significant role. Coditas is known for its clean and quality coding and organic growth from 2 people to 750 people in the last seven years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Interview process is so bad that they will invite you for interview multiple times and then cancel it by giving a lame excuse of "Panel is in meeting". And once candidate gets delayed for 5 minutes reaching interview, they will yell at you that how precious there time is.
Don't be a hypocrite. Everybody's time is precious.
