I'm went there for interview they all treated as me as guest and after in 15 min I'm in interview round.
They ask me most of the question as per her requirement which is aligned with my profile and I could not make out at final round

All rounds went well however the HR didnt came on time for a scheduled interview, was waiting for an hour though.
Prior to the offer letter they start BG check and all
Nothing is managed in proper way
No proper communication over the selection process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very small company I have seen in my life. I have attended the interview for testing, after seeing that cmpy I felt like why I came to this company like that. Around 10 pepsl wer in tat cmpy, then no proper environment, just a table with few chairs. That's it.. One small room for manager,. He used to take interview. He asked some 3 questions, he don't even know how to approach a candidate. Everything is bad experience for me in thta cmpy. My advise is better don't go for an interview and waste ur time. Even u know, if u got selected and u don't want to wrk in such type of cmpy.

Typically most of clients are local but with longer vision of project timelines makes it secure from job perspective. I enjoyed my stint with vTest as Associate Manager role in performance testing which was a pure pleasure and well defining. Overall Good organization, in well growing stage now, high spirit leadership and team. Keep up the good work. Wishing you more success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience ! If you are selected then HR starts documentation formality at their internal using application without sending any offer letter to you.
HR will not receive your call & not entertain any single email.
They are not offering any job to you, they only collect your documents and do not know what are the use of our degrees/experiences .
They playing with peoples with offering fake jobs offer in Pandemic.
Fake Company/Fake Job Offers/ Fake HR--- Request you guys please do not entertain any job offer from Vtest software Pvt Ltd.
