★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They promised shengen visa in 10 days. Took money immediately. Then they communicated next day that visa will be given in 1 month. And then told me that refund will not be given. Very disappointing because this won't work for my travel plans at all. Will have to cancel plans or try in some other way.
Edit: the below response is the disconnect. All has been discussed in email. No resolution was done. Thats why the review is posted. Now the reply to the above review was to email them. This company's communication is a mess.
