However, one of the managers (I'm not entirely sure if they were the manager) was extremely rude to us. There was a miscommunication regarding our order and we had to pay extra which if understandable but the way they spoke to us was very very rude. There was no basic decency, even when he brought us our orders he spoke to us as is he was scolding us.
The food here is great, but the service is very bad. Highly disappointed with the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was extremely slow for a Saturday afternoon. But they did help in terms of recommendations. We had the tomatoe cheese sandwich it was okay wouldn't recommend. But the Rose cardamom coffee and the coffee with the panda was really good and would definitely recommend it for a change. The Ferrero rocher waffle was tasty but they took too long to make it. The ice cream with it was okay. Overall a decent place for coffee. The staff was courteous. If want water you have to buy a bottle. They are also taking appropriate social distancing measures. They also offer vegan options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ has ordered hazelnut hot chocolate. There was hardly any taste of hazelnut. on being asled to add more flavour, it got too very sweet to consume. The cups had stains as if they were not correctly washed and sanitized.

Also the pizza tasted good.
