Visited the Juhu outlet this time and I love the food here a lil too much
Firstly this new outlet is so quirky and chic, nice for a date / friends catching up.
If you love healthy food that's Vegan too this is the place for you !
I tried the below dishes :-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful vegan cafe that everyone should visit atleast once. They have such positive vibes with the botanical ambience. They have amazing options that are really delicious and healthy at the same time so you can eat guilt free. We tried a few dishes and would totally recommend it.

they serve amazing healthy food with vegan and gluten free options available in every dish.
Menu has amount of choice to choose from variety of base for pizza to smoothie bowls .
Food we tried ,
Falafel Pizza :
Thin crust pizza topped with beetroot hummus falafel , broccoli, yellow and red bell peppers which was so fresh and delicious .
Tofu Quinoa Burger :
Soft tofu Quinoa patty with fresh lettuce leaves mild sauce and good flavours loved it.
Also tried pesto spaghetti which was soo good and creamy .
Ended our meal with ocean blue Smoothie.

You enter and you feel you've entered a completely different zone, gives you the vibe of being vegan straight up with the plants all around and all the green colors.
Food: 3.5/5
Portion sizes are good. The taste is a little hard to accept since you're not used to eating vegan, it's as close to the original taste but there's a slight difference.
Absolutely loved the Asian bowl, Mexican Bowl and the spaghetti Aglio Olio. Mint Iced Tea was great.
Guacamole on Toast was pretty okay. The chocolate banana shake was alright too. Pizza was good, but it felt like eating Khakhra with toppings, nice way to cut down on calories tasted good, but doesn't give you the pizza feel.

Value for Money: 3.5/5
Overall a good experience, should visit once for sure.

From their service to the food everything was on point and you must visit them to try their dishes
We tried -
1. Mezze platter :
We fall in love with the platter
Beautifully presented with 4 types of creamy hummus
Classic, Beetroot, Spinach & Harissa with quinoa tabouleh, baked falafel, Zatar sweet potato picked vegetables and pita
2. Lavender Hibiscus & Rose Cooler :
What a beautiful combination!
It tasted super refreshing and their all the coolers are made with Jaggery
3. The Pepper Pesto Pizza:
You definitely try this If you are big faaan of thin crust pizza
Tasty pizza with loads of toppings like
Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Onions, Black Olives, Basil, Mushroom and Red Pepper Pesto
4. Chocolate Hazelnut Pull Me Up Cake :
OMG!
One of the beautiful yummy gooey cake we had!
This was presented so well that we still can't get over it...
5. Mango Smoothie :
It's the Mango season and how can we forget to try some amazing mango dishes..
Mango Smoothie is one of them
Super thick with fresh seeds and toppings
6. Sol' Extravaganza Wrap :
Served in a whole wheat base with a side of baked sweet potato fries
This wrap was fully loaded and consists of paneer, sauted Vegetables, baked potato fries, hummus and Harissa spread
Visit them and eat guilt free!
With beautiful ambiance, service and delicious food you are surely gonna have the best time..

Amazing ambience with gorgeous decor and lights. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu.
Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is excellent. The attendant was friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a reliable spot to get delicious healthy vegan food with a gluten free option.
They have a variety of options to choose from the menu.
What we ordered
Signature Seeds of Life Salad: Very healthy option for anyone who loves healthy food. It contains avocado, quinoa, edamame, cherry tomato, cucumber, mixed lettuce, pumpkin seeds.
Wraps
Seeds of Life Extravaganza Wrap: It was served hot with baked potato fries, and harissa spread. Basically, it was a wrap made with panner and mixed veggies.
Mezze Platter
Platter with 4 types of Hummus: beetroot, spinach, harissa, and classic. Served with quinoa tabbouleh and baked falafel. I had it with pita bread and it was really delicious.
Must try.
Over all it was a worthwhile experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeds of Life located in Juhu is one of the best food outlets in the locality for Vegan and/or Gluten Free food.
Super Delicious, Super Healthy and Super Environment-Friendly!
I did not think that I would like Vegan food being a Non Vegetarian but this placed changed my mind.
To be honest, I would prefer this place over other Vegetarian Food outlets.
We started off with Basil Chia Lemonade which was super refreshing followed by Chocolate Banana Smoothie which was very thick and just as good as a desert. Oh delicious too!
We moved to starters where we ordered for Vegan Nachos and bruh, this was somehow one of the best Nachos I've had till date! It was scrumptious and loaded and crispy.
Now I am into wraps and my another favourite one was their Mexcellent Red colored wrap (Red from the Beet used in flour) and stuffed with all the love inside. And this is my favourite Vegetarian/Vegan wrap.
We finally ended with our stomachs full on Asian Bowl and I was tripping on their gravy, literally!
All in all, a beautiful place, amazing ambience, nice crowd, cozy vibe and delicious food. Everything you need when you go out to relax your mind.
Definitely visiting again to try their other options!

It's rare to find a place that is so colorful, vibrant, and filled with bright sunshine. The cafe is easy to find due to the prime location, and it's spacious. You can have your own space and a perfect time with your loved ones. The staff is very generous and deliver your items on time. The menu is purely vegan, and there is a lot to try from the food menu. We started with a Cucumber Mint Cooler accompanied by the tasty Pepper Pesto pizza. For the mains, we had Mushroom Stroganoff which was so creamy and delicious. We ended on a happy note with the Chocolate Pull-Over cake for dessert. The Seeds Of Life brings you good food under your budget. So, never run out of options when you have a vegan cafe like this.
